| Casing | The cast iron casing is of the vertical split type consisting of two halves and fitted with replaceable abrasive rubber liners and is hold tightly in the casing. The suction side and gland side rubber liners extend the casing between the suction and discharge flanges. The suction sideliner is straight -ning vane in the suction nozzle. The construction of the casing is simple to provide replacement of the parts easily |
The split casing is hard metal with hardening treatment. The suction and discharge nozzle are integral cast straightening vanes with slotted flanges throughout. The casing is providing with replaceable hard metal wear-plate with abrasive resistance cover seal on both of the suction side. The wearplate are secured tightly to the casing on the both side by heavy-duty set bolts. The construction of the casing is simple to provided replacement of the parts easily. |

The impeller is hard metal casting with a special hardening treatment of approximately 500 - 700 BHN hardness range and statically balanced, directly screwed to the shaft using heavy duty thread forms in the opposite direction to the pump rotation. |

| Stuffing Box |
Cast iron construction, split with the casing and is provided with a replaceable Shaft Sleeve and fitted with good quality Lantern Ring and Neck Ring. |
The stuffing box is cast iron, casting integrally with the gland half casing and is completely protected from the liquid and also provide with a replacement Shaft Sleeve and fitted with good quality Lantern Restrictor and Packing. |
